I the vendor understand that Cosmic Cards and Curiosities will set the price so that we can make a 35% profit margin off of all items sold above. Each time will have an agreed upon price so both parties make a profit. Please list the prices after the names of each item above.

I the vendor understand that I'm responsible for coming to restock my items. A bi-weekly count from the square POS will keep count of the items sold and a check will be cut to cover the cost of items sold.

I the vendor will help rotate and display the stock to help increase the sales of the displayed items. Also responsible for keeping at least 50% capacity of stock in store at all times to ensure exposure to customers.

In the event that an item gets stolen. Cosmic Cards and Curiosities will cover the base cost to remake/order the item at cost.

In the event that the vendor knowingly conducts business with another business entity that is in direct competition of Cosmic Cards and Curiosities, this contract will become null and void and all business with the vendor will cease. All product and displays provided by the vendor shall be picked up within 30 days of notice of the termination of the contract.

Vendors must also follow a general code of conduct when interacting with customers and staff. Lude or uncouth behaviour is prohibited.
