Rental Policies

When renting the Cosmic Commons or the Arcade, $20 of each deposit will be non refundable for deep cleaning and to account for any cleaning needed in the main area of the store due to increased foot traffic.

In the instance that anything is broken in the respective areas, no deposits shall be returned.

Once an event is booked if you cancel in less than a week prior to the event you will lose half your deposit for holding up a day that someone else could have booked. If you cancel under 24 hours of the booked date you will lose your entire deposit.

All deposits and hours of use must be paid up front to book an event.

If an event is cancelled, regardless of when it is cancelled, your hours will be refunded in full within 48 hours.

Any acts of blatant aggression, vandalism, or gross misconduct will result in the cancellation of your event and no refund will be given.

All refunds will be in the form of check. No straight cash refunds will be given.

In certain cases we will be lenient and understanding based on the situation. Please contact us to talk to one of our company managers to work things out.
